I downloaded malwarebytes to get rid of spyware and viruses on my comp for free and i also had downloaded ARO to get rid of some viruses before malwarebytes. When i uninstalled ARO 2011, internet explorer stoped working i also uninstalled malwarebytes just incase that was the problem. Now my interenet explorer doesn't work on my laptop but it says i am connected to the internet. Also download internet explorer 2011i can download music from Frostwire so that means theres nothing wrong with my modem. Ever since I downloaded those 2 things my interenet explorer stoped working. I have a windows 7 laptop by the way. At the moment I am using my desktop. My question is how do i fix it?
You could try reseting Internet Explorer to its default settings:
Click on Tools-->Internet Options-->Advancdownload internet explorer 2011ed-->Reset...
thnx a lot that actually worked i thought i had tried it already but i went again and tried. so it worked. i appreciate it. I also have a Dell laptop Windows XP but the internet won't work on it either. My family use to use it a lot and somehow it ended up with virus on it and it won't go online
