ask a question get answer nowOk, um...how many questions I ask/answer now on level 1, and how many do I need to ask/answer to be unlimited?

I read that I can only ask or answer five questions a day, or at a time on Yahoo Answers. I'm on level one. How do I get to the level where I can ask and answer unlimited questions? How do I vote on other people's best answers? How does this rewards thing on yahoo answers work? I wouldn't ask, but I'm thankful fask a question get answer nowor the service and I'm having fun.
It's not the amount of questions it's the points that get you to another level.
Get 2 points for answering a question and 10 points for a best answer.
