well the only completely free downloadable ones i know are illegal. Limewire. u can also download youtube videos.
there are lots of websites you can listen to music free, but not download. if your really in a trap, go to one of those, like yahoo or aol, or anything really, and then play the song and record it with your microphone (it shoudl be built into your computer) and then save the song that way

its really easy, i used to completely free music download sitesuse it at home (before i came overseas)
make sure you let it search for at least a few secs, stop it and download the one with the most. (this makes a reduce in virus' and i have never had one using this.)

limewire could get you a virus and you have to download.Use mediaconverter.org , you can copy/paste links from youtube and change it into a mp3 format and you can do 5 songs in easily 5 min.
Well if you're looking for LEGAL music downloads, I'd suggest Newgrouncompletely free music download sitesds.com 's audio portal. I started out my music career there and am glad I did.
Otherwise, I suggest you purchase your music from a reputable provider.
frostwire is better than limewire but you run the risk of downloading viruses because it is a p2p sharing site make sure you have anti virus on the pc
