error 3259 downloading software itunes! Help!
What do i have to do to download new ipod touch software without error 3259? I uninstalled and reinstalled itunes and error 3259 keeps coming up.
It says my connection times out when my internet is working and my firewall is not on. I cannot up grade to version 2.2.1. What do I Do?
1. If you are using wireless then turn off your router for 10 seconds
2. Turn it back on
3. Uninstall iTunes and Quicktime
4. Install them again
5. re-authorise all your music

2. Selesoftware itunesct 'Music' fromt he bar on the left hand side.
3. Click on 'File'
4. 'Add music'
5. Find the Music on your computer that you had before.
6. Select all of it
7. Now click on one of them and attempt to play it.
8. (An error message will appear)
9. Click 'Authorise'
10. Connect your iPod
11. Click 'Transfer Purchaces'

6. Try to download the update again
7. If it does not work then either leave it alone or click 'restore'
I had to go over my grandparents house to update the software.
